I'm glad you asked, a Duelund Center is able to offer much further technical assistance with regards to Duelund modifications, than a regular dealer will often be able to provide. Moreover, AB Audio may draw on direct support from the factory regardless of issue.

Launch of the VSF Black Series

In the picture you'll see our first production of the new VSF Black series, designed to fit between our VSF and CAST series. The black finish is the result of a light (or dark...) CASTing, resulting in a more resonance damped VSF cap, pushing the audio performance closer to the CAST.

The product is available to order now.

Merlin Music Systems is the first manufacturer to use the VSF Black series in their product line.

New and old

You know how sometimes you hit upon something to good to be true.

A couple of weeks ago, we stumbled upon a fully operational Graziano turning lathe.

Lo and behold, the beast was actually used in its day to make old type paper in oil caps and inductors. Needless to say, we immediately struck a deal to bring it home.

The price of such a Graziano was 1048 £ in the 50's. A not unremarkable sum.

Inductor 8 AWG

Recent photo of two 8 AWG inductors as you can probably see, they are quite large...

However, they are sound wise even more spectacular.

Look to a certain company in Southern Germany for future use of this component. It will certainly be the Kaiser of audio... ;)

Sleep and Cable - It's what it's all about. :=)

Since, our baby boy has gained 57% in body weight since being born 6,5 weeks ago, he has apparently decided that night time may in fact be used for sleeping (a couple of hours), I hope this means I'll get to find more time to post updates here.

Effective immediately, our cable has been launched in a Rev 2 edition. More to follow.
